Return Policy

Unopened products can be returned free for FULL refund to the original payment method if request to return is made with in 7 calendar days of date of product delivery and it is shipped to us with a valid tracking number with in 7 calendar days of date of product delivery.

Opened or used products in original packaging and in a resalable condition can be returned for refund to the original payment method minus 20% restocking fee if request to return is made with in 7 calendar days of date of product delivery and it is shipped to us with a valid tracking number with in 7 calendar days of date of product delivery.

Customers are responsible for paying for the full return postage. Refund cannot be made until we have confirmed delivery of the returned product.

There is no refund for undeliverables due to customer refusal of delivery or customer provided wrong address.

Before returning a product, customers MUST notify us with their order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). 

Valid Tracking Number - when the shipment can be tracked both at the country of shipment origin and at the country of shipment destination.

Products NOT eligible for return or exchange

Exceptions:

  • Order is cancelled subject to our Cancellation Policy
  • Product is defective on arrival (DOA) and subject to our Defective On Arrival (DOA) Policy returns

Products made of cloth (all types) - Not worn or Not washed - acceptable. Worn or washed - NOT acceptable. See other exceptions above.

Masks (all types) - all sales in this category is FINAL. See exceptions above.

Defective On Arrival (DOA) Policy

All DOA products are eligible for replacement product after claim has been confirmed. You may be required to return the product to us for validation of your claim. Notify us with in 3 business days of date of product delivery if the received product is defective on arrival. If product return is requested, it MUST be shipped to us with a valid tracking number within 7 calendar days of date of  product delivery. 

We will refund customer any customer paid shipment cost for return of a confirmed DOA product to us up to our quoted premium shipping cost.

Cancellation Policy

All orders can be cancelled in FULL or PART within 12 hours of placing the order if it has not been shipped. Notify us of your intention with your order number. Include the SKU(s) of the product(s) you would like to cancel if you choose to cancel only a PART of the order.

Customs Import Duties and Taxes Policy

Customers are responsible for any customs import duties and taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Privacy Policy

nosystems.store offers a variety of useful newsletters and promotional communications to our customers which may be related to their products and services of interest. If you sign-up or are subscribed for our newsletter or other promotional communications, we will send you communications that may be related to your interests and purchase behavior. You may choose to stop receiving these communications at any time by sending us an email to support@nosystems.store.

You may also use Unsubscribe Link at the bottom of each communication to self Unsubscribe. Even if you unsubscribe from receiving our newsletters and promotional communications, you may continue to receive certain transactional or account-related communications from us. We only use your personal and transaction information for the purposes it is provided which includes as outlined in the next paragraph below. Our subscriber list is neither sold nor rented to other parties.

We share information with our partners to help provide you with the product and or service you requested. These partners are but not limited to our product vendors, delivery services, and payment gateway processors. We also analyze and sometimes aggregate the information we collected from you to aid us in giving you better product solutions and services.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Terms and Conditions, please do not use our products or services and do not access any of our websites located at nosystem.com, nosystems.ca, nosystems.store or keepwarm.store.
